Run With Us
The main event
Tuesday Night Run
The core of the club is simple: show up on Tuesday, run a loop, and go home feeling better than when you arrived. The group has been meeting at the same corner since February 2023 and has not missed a Tuesday since.

Common questions
What to expect
Do I need to register or sign up?
Membership is free and takes about two minutes via RunSignUp. You'll complete a quick waiver — a requirement for our liability insurance — and you're set. No waitlist, no fee to participate, ever.
What if I am a very slow runner?
Everyone is welcome. The group runs together and no one gets left behind. We have runners across a wide range of paces every Tuesday.
What are the route options?
Two options: a 5-mile loop through the village, or a shorter 5K out-and-back. Both start and finish at the same corner.
What should I wear?
Whatever you run in. For evening runs, reflective or visibility gear is strongly recommended. The Noxgear Tracer vest is what most regulars use. The club has a discount code.
Is there a bathroom nearby?
Yes. Restrooms are available at The Sewickley Hotel, just steps from the meeting corner.
What happens after the run?
Post-run social time is completely optional but always happens. Some people head out immediately, others stick around and talk. No pressure either way.
Is the club affiliated with RRCA?
Yes. Sewickley Run Club is a member of RRCA, which provides club members with event liability coverage at sanctioned RRCA events.
